The monitoring and evaluation of the project and its phases was carried out within the framework of WP1, which is responsible for the management of the project. This Work Packge was structured in 5 processes: MONITORING (1.1), COMMUNICATION (1.2), COORDINATION (1.3), EVALUATION (1.4) and RISK MANAGEMENT AND INCLUSION (1.5).
The monitoring and evaluation was carried out through a GLOBAL CONTROL SYSTEM, which allowed us to carry out a continuous and global monitoring of each of the critical stages of the project, allowing us to evaluate both the quality of the project and the adequate control of the budget and schedule.
Through PROCESS 1.1 we carry out continuous monitoring in accordance with the WORK STRUCTURE (WP, Processes and Activities). At the end of each ACTIVITY we collect information through surveys of participants or managers, documentation of accreditation of attendance and evaluation of the results. This follow-up was carried out through virtual meetings between those responsible for the process every 3 months with Google Meets.
After the completion of the results, we carry out pilot tests, external evaluations, motivation evaluation, analysis with the Graphpad Prism software, surveys and indicator analysis.
On the other hand, through PROCESS 1.4 we carry out the evaluation according to the 5 phases and at the critical points of the project.

3 external committee of 174 experts in innovative educational methodologies has positively evaluated the methodology Techlabs and its educational impact of the project. In order to validate the quality of the project and the results we are generating, a large number of international expert evaluators in the field of innovative education have been contacted (several of them members of the evaluation committees of the most relevant international congresses on the subject educational innovation).
