Monitoring and evaluation is carried out through a GLOBAL CONTROL SYSTEM, which allows continuous and global monitoring of each of the critical stages of the project, allowing us to evaluate both the quality of the project and the adequate control of the budget and schedule.
Preparation phase evaluation
The evaluation of the preparation phase has been carried out with the aim of evaluating the degree of progress of the project in relation to the objectives and goals established for the phase, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions carried out. Thanks to this, we have been able to verify that the phase has developed as planned.
External evaluation
1 external committee of 101 experts in innovative educational methodologies has positively evaluated the methodology Techlabs and its educational impact of the project. In order to validate the quality of the project and the results we are generating, a large number of international expert evaluators in the field of innovative education have been contacted (several of them members of the evaluation committees of the most relevant international congresses on the subject educational innovation).
