The project preparation phase is complete! During this phase, we carried out various activities for each work package, allowing us to select participants, conduct analysis, training, and evaluation.
The evaluation of this phase was carried out to assess the project’s progress in relation to the objectives and goals established for the phase, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions taken. Thanks to this, we were able to verify that the phase developed as planned.
